Stringent employment and medical checks are in place for all cleaning staff including cleaners, supervisors, team leaders and managers. All staff are trained to comply with company policy, Workplace Health and Safety and safe work place methods.
Site inspections and cross checks of supervisors reports and records will provide an accurate evaluation of staff performance and job standard. The job specification, including routine cleaning, periodic cleaning and special events must be adhered to at all times and at every clean.
Quality control begins with staff and then equipment. All equipment must be up to date, state of the art machinery for commercial and residential contracts.
